Award: Associate in Applied Science
The Associate in Applied Science - Information Technology (AASIT) offers students a highly-flexible degree comprised of two career certificates plus additional IT core classes and General Education courses. Career certificates may be combined together based on an IT concentration area that best matches student interests, educational goals, and career aspirations.
Students pursing this degree will select one of the following areas of concentration:
- Administrative Technologies
- Computer Programming
- Database and Data Science
- Information Systems and Technologies
- Web Development
It is strongly recommended that AASIT students work closely with an advisor as soon as possible to design a pathway to success.
Note: The Level I and Level II concentration career certificates selected must be a minimum of 58.5 credit hours and a maximum of 63.0 credit hours when combined.
Graduation Requirements
To earn this degree, a student must complete all required courses.
Total credit hours required: 90.0-96.5
