Advanced Firefighter Operations (FSACE)


Award: Certificate of Achievement

Program Location: Applied Technology Center

Upon completion fire science students who wish to pursue employment at the City, State and/or Federal Level will have the necessary prerequisites to take the civil service firefighter exam offered within the jurisdiction they choose. This career certificate is a pathway to the associates degree (FSAAS).

All required classes for the FSACE certificate must have a grade of C or better to graduate from the program.

General Education: 13.5

Total credit hours required: 57.5

Quantitative/Numeracy
