Course Objectives 1. Integrate beginning level skill of health assessment into the nursing process and nursing practice. [EOP SLO # 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
2. Identify clients’ risks, problems, and strengths based on health assessment findings. [EOP SLO #1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
3. Formulate applicable outcomes and nursing interventions pertaining to assessment. [EOP SLO # 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
