DIMA 2640 - 3-D Lab

This course requires an animation or game project that offers students an opportunity to build upon and integrate existing technical skills, share ideas with students from diverse animation disciplines, and produce a more complex product. Students present an animation or game at the conclusion of the course.

Prerequisites: (1) DIMA 2620  or DIMA 2625  or DIMA 2700

Course Objectives
  1. Develop an animation concept that may be effectively completed in 11 weeks.
  2. Create models suitable for animation.
  3. Place the models in a wider environment with lights and effects.
  4. Animate by setting keyframes.
  5. Export the animation to video.
  6. Edit video.
