This course continues to build skills acquired in the basic course. Students learn the techniques of door skin replacement and how to work with trim and hardware. Other related subjects are covered.

Course Objectives 1. Apply principles and techniques to straighten a damaged door frame.
2. Remove and replace a damaged welded door skin.
3. Remove and replace a damaged bonded door skin.
4. Use trim removal tools to properly remove trim from a vehicle.
5. Demonstrate knowledge of safety related practices while removing and installing interior door trim panels.
6. Remove and install door locks and handles.
7. Remove and install bolted on sheet metal.
8. Remove and install exterior trim and moldings.
9. Remove and install pinstripes, decals.
10. Remove and install headliners and other interior accessories.
