MATH 1425 - Pre-Calculus Algebra 5 Credits Offered: Online
Students will learn advanced algebra topics that include rational expressions; radical equations; circles; relations and functions; systems of equations and inequalities; Polynomial and rational functions; exponential and logarithmic functions; sequences and series; probability and counting theory.
Prerequisites: (1) Within two years prior to beginning the course, completion of MATH 1312 or MATH 1315 with a grade of C or better; placement via the MCC placement test; or placement via a MATH ACT score must be completed prior to taking this course. Lec: 5 Lab: 0 Cr: 5
