INFO 2147 - Microsoft Endpoint Management

Microsoft Intune is an endpoint management service which is a comprehensive IT solution for monitoring, securing, and managing all user devices (endpoints) like laptops, smartphones, and desktops from a central location, ensuring they adhere to security policies, receive timely updates, and function efficiently, crucial for remote work and BYOD environments. We will be configuring and managing Intune in this course.

Course Objectives
  1. Understand the role of Intune within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its integration with Entra ID (Azure AD).
  2. Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, and conditional access to secure organizational resources.
  3. Manage applications, updates, and endpoint security across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
  4. Implement BYOD and hybrid work strategies using Intune’s mobile device and application management capabilities.
  5. Automate and scale endpoint management through policies, profiles, and reporting tools.
  6. Apply best practices for security, compliance, and governance in enterprise environments.
