INFO 1018 - Audio Visual Tech Support I 4.5 Credits
This course introduces students to the fundamental concepts and skills necessary to provide technical support for audio-visual (AV) systems. Topics include troubleshooting and maintaining projectors, displays, audio equipment, video conferencing systems, and digital signage. Students will learn the operational principles of AV technologies and apply problem-solving techniques in practical scenarios. This course supports the IT Support Associate Certificate and aligns with industry standards in AV technology support.
Note: This course needs to be completed with a grade of C or better.
