Students explore features such as channels, chat, calendar integration, task management, and document co-authoring. Students practice digital etiquette, data privacy, and ethical use of technology in administrative roles. Topics include compliance with government regulations, basic cybersecurity awareness, and the role of digital tools in supporting organizational efficiency. Students investigate how artificial intelligence (AI) is being used in the workplace.
