Course Objectives

Identify and define the major ethical theories (Virtue Ethics, Kantian Ethics, Utilitarianism, Social Contract Theory)
Differentiate the difference between values and ethical values.
Apply ethical theory to professional behavior.
Summarize ethical issues presented in case studies.
Predict factors that contribute to unethical behavior in the work environment.
Recognize the impact of respect for cultural diversity to promote positive professional relationships.
Identify leadership skills that promote an organizational culture of ethics.
