1. Demonstrate the Grand Staff, treble and bass clefs, and notation of music.

2. Explain measurements of time.

3. Apply intervals and scales and to musical composition.

4. Discuss the characteristics of a key signature.

5. Differentiate between dynamics and tempo.

6. Demonstrate application of triads and seventh chords in musical composition.

7. Apply a melody to musical composition.
