Course Objectives

Demonstrate how personal financial decisions affect income, income sources, and purchasing power and determine by numerical data the impact.
Recognize the importance of money management skills specific to financial planning, banking, and risk management and calculate results of implementing specific income, saving, and spending plans.
Identify the relationship between spending, credit, debt, and wealth and calculate future impact of these decisions.
Assess the financial benefits of saving and investing and numerically evaluate various alternatives and strategies.
