Students learn the fundamentals of global business including the globalization of economic, political, legal and cultural systems. Students experience a broad overview of global market systems, global finance and exchange rate calculations. Topics include entry strategies, supply chain dynamics, cultural assimilation and accommodation, and international business plan logistics.

Course Objectives 1. Explain the importance of studying global marketing, explain the evolution of global marketing and the challenges that influence global marketing decisions.
2. Distinguish between international marketing and global marketing; marketing management and international marketing management.
3. Explain effective global marketing strategies and determining the method of entering a market.
4. Describe the global marketing strategies and modification of marketing principles and procedures in developing global marketing mix programs necessary to accommodate the different environments.
5. Explain cognitive knowledge of the skills required in analyzing, classifying and selecting global market opportunities and running effective global organizations.
6. Explain strategies to address real global marketing issues.
7. Analyze the global market and develop a marketing strategy in preparation for entry in a new market abroad.
