INFO 2579 - Modern Frontend Development


4.5 Credits

Students will develop both web and mobile applications using industry-leading web libraries and technologies. Building on their frontend coding skills, students will use contemporary programming libraries to create engaging user interfaces and dynamic applications. Students will also deepen their understanding of modern development concepts by designing and deploying mobile apps that use APIs to interface with external systems. Through hands-on development and real-world examples, students will gain a solid understanding of the development lifecycle and will build confidence in planning, creating, testing, and delivering production-ready applications

  1. Identify the difference between web and mobile applications.

  5. Apply software development methodology in app design.
  6. Use a development repository tool for code storage and version control.
