Course Objectives

Learn comprehensive program management approach to occupational safety and health issues for instructors, students, safety officers, fire and EMS department managers, and others in the fire and emergency medical services fields.
Understand latest editions of the NFP A 1500 series standards and adhering to the course objectives within the National Fire Academy (NFA) FESHE curriculum.
Understand significance and rationale for increasing emphasis on health and safety and provides the education necessary for facing the challenges that lay ahead.
