FASH 2983 - Fashion Apprenticeship III 3.0 Credits
This course is the third in a series of apprenticeship courses in fashion design. Students are given the opportunity to observe/take part in the process of fashion design through a local fashion-oriented organization. Based on state guidelines, students must complete 40 hours of work for each credit hour in this course.
Prerequisites: (1) Completion of 30 or more credit hours in the Fashion Design program

Course Objectives
- Effectively implement daily assignments provided by the Internship supervisor.
- Demonstrate the process of taking apparel from the inspiration stage to being runway-ready.
- Assist in local fashion show where possible.
- Participate in the business and management procedures of the fashion industry.
- Compile a total of at least 120 hours of hands-on experience.
