ESLX 0721 - Writing and Grammar 1 6.0 Credits
Students learn basic English grammar to write clear, meaningful, and grammatically correct simple and compound sentences with target grammar. Students also learn high frequency vocabulary that is used with the target grammar.

Course Objectives
- Grammar objectives: Use the verbs be and have, the simple forms of the present, past, and future, and the progressive forms of the present and past.
- Vocabulary objectives: Use high frequency vocabulary that occurs with the target grammar.
- Writing objectives: Produce clear and meaningful simple and compound sentences with the target grammar.
