As a continuation of BIOS 2310, in this course students study the structure and function of the circulatory, respiratory, digestive, excretory, endocrine, and reproductive systems. This course includes both lecture and lab components.

Prerequisites: BIOS 2310 with a grade of C or better and CHEM 1010 or CHEM 1212 and Math 0960 or higher, and college-level reading, and writing proficiency

Course Objectives
1. Describe the interactions between structure and function in the digestive, circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, urinary, and reproductive systems.

2. Explain the interactions between the digestive, circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, urinary, and reproductive systems.

3. Describe homeostatic mechanisms in the digestive, circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, urinary, and reproductive systems.

4. Identify structures in the digestive, circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, urinary, and reproductive systems.

5. Demonstrate actions and functions of the digestive, circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, urinary, and reproductive systems.
