DIMA 2351 - Package Design 4.5 Credits
Students are presented with challenges in design of packages and in the 3-D graphic design process. Students will emphasize material selection, fabrication, and structural design to create packages and three-dimensional advertising.
Prerequisites: (1) DIMA 1310

Course Objectives
- Identify materials used for various recyclable consumer goods.
- Select appropriate material for specific packaging.
- Select appropriate fabrication methods for specific packaging.
- Design the structure for packaging specific goods.
- Design surface graphics for specific packaging
