DIMA 2300 - Logo Design and Branding 4.5 Credits
This introduces students to branding and identity design. Students will convey ideas by creating abstract imagery to develop elements of a brand identity.
Prerequisites: (1) DIMA 1325

Course Objectives
- Define the meaning of graphic design.
- Identify and evaluate communication through the use of graphic symbols.
- Synthesize the components used in graphic design and brand identity.
- Analyze and evaluate existing solutions through case studies.
- Research, propose, produce and present effective graphic design solutions.
- Evaluate solutions through critique.
