INFO 1011 - Project Management 4.5 Credits
Students learn and practice the five phases of project management: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing a project. Students manage project case studies, applying various project management methodologies and utilizing industry standard project management software. Curriculum aligns to the CompTIA Project+ (PK0-005).
