Students experience multiple opportunities to apply Nebraska Career Readiness Standards including developing interpersonal skills, working in teams, practicing effective communication skills, and utilizing problem-solving techniques. Students gain knowledge in establishing a personal brand, skills in networking, and develop a professional career portfolio including an industry-specific resume, work projects, and accomplishments. Students learn IT industry work expectations and job search strategies.
