CHRM 297A - Competition Training Camp 1 Credits In this teamwork-driven, highly-collaborative course, students are introduced to the rigors of professional culinary competition. Students develop the fundamental skills required for success in externally-sanctioned competitions. Students develop menus, refine culinary skills, discover the importance of mis-en-place and foster team-building skills.
