SCET 2250 - Advanced Surveying 5.5 Credits Students learn land surveying theory and practices using a theodolite, total station and GPS unit. Topics studied are survey traverse and determination of azimuths and bearings, as well as coordinate geometry and curve computations. Students also learn topographic mapping, construction staking, and GPS basics, concepts and applications.
Prerequisites: (2) SCET 1220 and MATH 1430 must be completed prior to taking this course. Lec: 5.5 Lab: 0 Cr: 5.5
