LAWS 2421 - Insurance Law 4.5 Credits Students learn about the laws and state regulation of insurance, including the insurance contract, the role of insurance agents, insurable interest, insurer’s defenses, forfeiture and exclusion of risk, election and waiver, no-fault statutes, and various types of insurance.
Prerequisites: LAWS 1230 must be completed prior to taking this course. Lec: 4.5 Lab: 0 Cr: 4.5
