INFO 1335 - Software Engineering Foundations II 4.5 Credits Students are introduced to the techniques and methodologies needed to retrieve information from large relational databases both via a direct connection to the database and via a server-side program. Data modeling is reviewed through the introduction of Structured Query Language (SQL) including both data manipulation and data definition statements. Software engineering best practices are applied through the use of diagramming and version control tools.
Prerequisites: (3) INFO 1009 , INFO 1620 , and INFO 1325 must be completed prior to taking this course. Lec: 4.5 Lab: 0 Cr: 4.5
