Topics include the rights and duties of citizens and police in relation to local, state, and federal law (e.g., arrest, search and seizure, confessions), and the development, application, and enforcement of laws, constitutional issues, and sentencing.

Prerequisites: (1) CRIM 1010 must be completed prior to taking this course.
