CHRM 2550 - Table Service 3 Credits Students reinforce and expand knowledge of the dining room to include styles of service, customer service principles, order of service, wine and food affinities, and merchandising the menu in a guest-centered environment. Upon successful completion of this course, students may be awarded the National Restaurant Association ServSafe Alcohol Certificate.
