CHRM 1210 - Baking Basics 4 Credits Students learn to apply fundamental baking skills in preparing yeast breads, quick breads, laminated dough, cookies, pies, pastries, cakes, custards, creams, and sauces.
Pre/Corequisite: (2) CHRM 1000; and CHRM 1020 or current ServSafe manager’s certification must be completed prior to or at the same time as this course. Lec: 2 Lab: 6 Cr: 4
