CULI 1481 - Culinary Team IV 0.5 Credits
This teamwork-driven, highly collaborative series of courses immerses students in the rigorous world of advanced culinary competitions. Students develop the fundamental skills required for success in externally sanctioned competitions. This culinary competition focused training is dedicated to developing advanced and stylized menus, refined culinary skills, best-practices of operation, discovering the importance of organization, and fostering team-building skills.
Note: Completion of this course requires participation in an extracurricular sanctioned culinary event that requires activities outside of scheduled class time.
