DRAF 2050 - SolidWorks for Manufacturing 4.5 Credits
Students will be introduced to SolidWorks, a parametric solid modeling and rendering software. They have the opportunity to learn the fundaments of modeling parts, creating drawings, and assembly basics. The course also features top-down assembly modeling. This is a hands-on, project-based course.
Prerequisites: PRMA 1401

Course Objectives
- Explain and create a basic top-down assembly design.
- Rotate an individual part model.
- Edit multiple parts from an assembly model.
