PSPT 1210 - ATV, UTV, and Snowmobile Drivetrains 6.0 Credits
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing common ATV (all-terrain vehicles), UTV (utility-task vehicles), and snowmobile system issues is the main classroom/lab focus. Students obtain hands-on experience with clutches, transmissions, drivelines. Accessory installation and Maintenance Procedures are integrated.
Prerequisites: (2) PSPT 1000 and PSPT 1100

Course Objectives
- Develop knowledge and skills to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair common clutch issues effectively.
- Develop knowledge and skills to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair common issues with transmissions, and drivelines.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair final drive systems.
- Identify and perform ATV/UTV, and snowmobile engine troubleshooting and repairs.
