PSPT 1200 - ATV, UTV, and Snowmobile Systems 6.0 Credits
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining common ATV (all-terrain vehicles), UTV (utility-task vehicles), and snowmobile system issues is the main classroom/lab focus. Students obtain hands-on experience with electrical, fuel, suspension, and accessory systems. Accessory installation and Maintenance Procedures are integrated.
Prerequisites: (2) PSPT 1000 and PSPT 1100 must be completed prior to taking this course.

Course Objectives
- Synthesize knowledge and skills to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair common ATV, UTV, and snowmobile problems safety.
- Inspect, analyze, and repair cooling, fuel, and electrical systems
- Compare, contrast, and install the various types of ATV, UTV and snowmobile accessories.
- Perform needed replacement and/or repairs to an ATV/UTV and snowmobile chassis components.
- Inspect, analyze, and perform maintenance procedures needed for ATV/UTV and snowmobile performance
