This course focuses on evaluating major body damage and determining the necessary repairs. The complete job is stressed, from body repair to final refinishing.

Course Objectives 1. Apply knowledge of safety related practices while removing, installing, and aligning bolt on panels.
2. Demonstrate knowledge of fasteners while removing, installing, and aligning bolt on panels.
3. Demonstrate various methods that can be used to align panels.
4. Remove, install, and align bumpers and fascias.
5. Remove, install, and align hoods, deck lids, and hatches.
6. Remove, install, and align fenders, doors, and tailgates.
7. Locate and repair air, water, and dust leaks related to panel alignment.
8. Demonstrate the ability to replace a quarter panel.
9. Demonstrate the ability to replace a roof skin panel.
10. Remove, replace, and align bolted frame and cradle assemblies.
