MDST 2110 - Pharmacology for Medical Assistants and Allied Health Professionals I 4.5 Credits This course provides students with a basic understanding of pharmacology terms and related issues necessary for the clinical office or outpatient care setting. This course provides students with an introduction to therapeutic drug treatment regimens. It emphasizes understanding of pharmacodynamics, drug side effects, administration procedures, and dosage computations.
