While every possible step has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the catalog, sometimes minor changes must be made throughout the year that are in the interest of the students or the College. The following are updates and changes made after the initial publication on June 1, 2024. These changes are reflected in the online version of the catalog but will not be reflected in the print version and are considered an addendum to the 2024-2025 catalog.
Course Changes
09/30/2024 - Due to a typo, BIOS 2670 was changed from 5.0 credit hours to 4.5 credit hours.
10/15/24 - To correct a communication error, HLSM 1015 has changed the co-requisite HLSM 1012 to a pre/co requisite.
Program Changes
8/22/24 - Architectural Engineering Design Technician (ARCED)
Due to a submission error, the following changes have been made under the Mechanical Focus Option in this degree.
- ARCH 2810 & 2815 were moved down to “Select 1 course from the following” in the Mechanical Focus option.
- ARCH 2820 & 2825 were added as required courses under the Mechanical Focus option.
10/21/24 - Respiratory Therapy (RPTAS)
Due to a communication error, the following change was made to the total credit hours needed to complete. CHEM 1010, a required general education course for this program, went from 6.0 credit hours to 6.5 credit hours.
- Total Credit Hourse to Complete: 110.5
Other Changes
7/8/24 - To insure student success, the following statement has been added to the catalog under Enrollment > Transcript Evaluation:
Due to content being regularly updated for the following courses, non-MCC courses will only be accepted if they have been taken within a specific time frame:
10/23/24 - To correct an omission error, the following courses have been added back to the list of General Education/Humanities options.

10/24/24 - To correct an omission error, ENGL 1011 was added to the communication general education courses as an “or” option to ENGL 1010 in the following degrees:

- LATAS
